Our Foundation Services are built upon workmanship and reliability. When we provide footings and foundations, we do so with the future in mind. We stand behind our work because we know our work must stand the test of time.

Just a few of our unique offerings:

  • Rigorous pre-construction site evaluation to ensure proper grading and correct house elevations.
  • In-house layout work for accurate placement of footings and foundations.
  • Concrete pumping service for tough sites with limited or difficult access.

Flatwork
In conjuction with our partnership with the area's finest concrete suppliers, we are able to provide our customers top-grade concrete. Whatever your concrete needs are (sidewalks, patios, garage and basements), Foundation Specialties is the company to turn to for prompt, reliable and top-quality work.

Retaining Walls
Foundation Specialties has the capability to provide fully reinforced, cast in-place retaining walls, concrete block walls, cinder block walls and brick walls.

  • Cast-in-place concrete walls are formed and poured at the project site and reinforced with fibers and/or steel rods.
  • Precast wall systems are less expensive in both installation and labor costs while providing stronger, more beautiful wall options. Precast walls offer increased durability over block walls while also offering easier, faster installation as well as many more options for attractive designs.
  • Brick walls provide a more formal look but they are smaller than blocks, therefore, more expensive in installation and labor cost.
  • Cinder block walls is inexpensive and can be reinforced with steel and concrete.

Concrete Stamping
Marty Williams is one the best in the area of Concrete stamping. A process where color of your choice is mixed all the way through the concrete. It then has a release sprinkled on top, which adds another color. Then a rubber stamp is pressed into the top to leave a design. There are many different stamp paterns you can choose from. The next day the release is pressure washed off your concrete. Finally, a sealer is applied to bring out the colors and make it shine.

Concrete Stenciling
Similar to the stamping process. You pour the concrete as usual a paper stencil, with a pattern, is then worked into the top of the concrete. After the stencil is in you sprinkle a color or colors of your choose and work it into the top. Then there are many different finishes or textures you can apply. After a finish or texure is applied, you remove the paper stencil leaving that part of the top uncolored, which leaves the look of stone, brick or slate. The pad is then sealed upon completion.

Concrete Overlay
This process is taking an old concrete slab and stamping over it. As long as the old slab is in decent shape (no major open cracks). The overlay is about 3/8 of an inch thick. It is basically the same process as stamping, but rather than pouring regular concrete you use a special cement made to bond to the old slab.

Our flexible management philosophy allows us to offer both contract and hourly job estimates.
